Steak Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb multi grain spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips (You can get pre-cut stir-fry Steak strips in the meat section)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 can baby corn (cut in half if desired)
- 1 cup baby carrots (sliced into halves or quarters)
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
Directions:
- Cook Spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package
- Heat dressing and soy sauce on medium heat
- Add broccoli, corn, carrots to saucepan and stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender
- Add meat (and more soy sauce if needed) and stir fry 2-3 minutes or until meat is cooked through
- Drain spaghetti and return to same pan
- Add broth
- Add meat and vegetable mixture to noodles
- mix lightly
