Thursday (Jan 28)
1 mile run (8 min14sec)
Dynamic Warm Up (10 min)
Arms (iron crosses, chest flies, standing rows, etc)
Abs (same as Tuesday with some variation)
Friday (Jan 29)

Wow! You were busy! I have been working out and trying to eat better. Lost 13 lbs so far! About a million and one to go! You are keeping me motivated!
